Member libraries who have patrons in this invoice will be debited in the October Quarterly Billing. In the meantime, libraries who wish to bill their users for these losses may do so using NS_RBILLX. If you have one or more patrons on this invoice, an email will be sent to your XXX @notices.swanlibraries.net address with patron detail. None of the lists has many patrons; however, in the interest of security, each list will be password protected using the BCA reports password convention. If you are not sure what that is, your director can login to the SWAN Support Site > Logins and passwords page to find it.
