Additionally, SIP2 functions will be inaccessible, and the Enterprise catalog will likely experience intermittent outages, login issues, and searching abnormalities. This process requires SWAN to rebuild some very large software indexes which requires staff Symphony Workflows downtime, and will affect all MobileCirc, self-checks and AMH systems. This downtime will begin Saturday at 6pm and run through Monday night. SWAN will send a follow-up message when the database maintenance has been completed and staff can resume normal work practices.
