SWAN Libraries, Happy 2018! The SWAN Membership Fees for FY19 will be presented at the Tuesday, February 6, 2018 Committee of the Whole meeting, which will be held at 9:30am at RAILS location 125 Tower Drive, Burr Ridge, IL. In advance of this meeting, SWAN is requesting some information from public libraries. Based on feedback from the membership, the SWAN Board revised the public library fee formula proposed and presented by the Fees Committee. The formula now removes bond payment amounts that are used in a debt service. In advance of the meeting, *I will need public libraries to submit your bond payment schedule by January 30, 2018.* Why is a document with the bond payment schedule requested? Quite simple, it will allow us to put your library's bond payment into the formula once, and SWAN will update it each year. We will not have to bother you each year for your bond payment amount! An image file such as a PNG, JPG, or GIF will also work. The online form also allows you to add comments, ask questions.
