SWAN staff are continuing to troubleshoot the outage. Please operate in Offline Mode until
we are able to restore service.
As a reminder, offline documentation is available at

In brief, open Workflows, being sure the "Operate In Offline Mode" and
"Show This Window On Next Startup" boxes are both checked. In offline session
settings, set user access to OFFLINE.

To all library staff:
We are experiencing a temporary outage with Symphony. This interruption of service effects
Workflows and Enterprise. While you can still search Enterprise, you will not be able to
log in or place holds, and availability information will not be available.
We are aware of the issue and working to resolve it as quickly as possible. We will send
an update as soon as one becomes available.
