We have discovered patrons with ILL_LIBS as a library, including NONSWAN_RB, CHICAGO_P and Internet Access are not able to place holds in the Online Catalog. We are working to isolate and resolve the issue. Holds placed for these users in Symphony are not affected. Our sincere apologies for the confusion and inconvenience.
