[SWANcom] ILL_LIBS Users unable to place holds in Enterprise

We have discovered patrons with ILL_LIBS as a library, including NONSWAN_RB, CHICAGO_P and Internet Access are not able to place holds in the Online Catalog. We are working to isolate and resolve the issue. Holds placed for these users in Symphony are not affected. Our sincere apologies for the confusion and inconvenience. We will update you when we have more information.
