SWAN Member Library Staff:
During a regular purge of finished system reports this morning, all SVA Failed Call
Reports were mistakenly removed from the Symphony server. Future reports will continue to
populate in Finished Reports, as expected, but archived reports from today and back have
unfortunately been removed from the server.
Fortunately, I and several SWAN staff do have archived email copies of these reports that
we'd be happy to send out to libraries that may need them. By the end of the day,
I'll be sending last night's failed call reports to any libraries having failed
SVA calls on Tuesday. These reports will be delivered to the library's associated
aliased email address
(aaa@notices.swanlibraries.net<mailto:aaa@notices.swanlibraries.net>). If you need
any specific SVA failed call reports dating back beyond Tuesday, however, please send us a
request at help@swanlibraries.net<mailto:help@swanlibraries.net> and we'll send
along the archived report asap.
