Corrected memo attached. The updated memo is also uploaded in our Migration Memo archive
online as well:

The memo list left out a few libraries, so this memo corrects the error.

Subject: [SWANcom] Migration Memo #16: *Action Required* on ProPay Accounts
Importance: High
SWAN Library Directors/Administrators:
The attached memo is an update on the ProPay accounts and integration within Enterprise. A
majority of SWAN libraries are *not ready* for the Enterprise integration, so I urge all
directors to review the memo and work with your staff (business manager, etc.) to make
sure ProPay is active.
SWAN was testing Enterprise integration on Thursday last week, and took some corrective
action with some negative balances that resulted in our 25 cent tests. This is noted on
page 2 of the Migration Memo #16 attached.
If you have questions, the memo outlines that these should go to
commerce@swanlibraries.net<mailto:commerce@swanlibraries.net> which will open a
helpdesk ticket. Should you wish to contact someone at SWAN, please call me directly using
the information below.
