The issue with ICN is also affecting our web services connection to Enterprise. This means
that while users that do not use ICN as their ISP (such as libraries on Comcast or users
accessing the catalog from home) are able to connect to Enterprise, they will not be able
to log in, place holds, or see item statuses.
We will send an update when possible.

Subject: [SWANcom] ENTERPRISE TROUBLE
The Enterprise catalog appears to be experiencing intermittent access problems. We are
working with SirsiDynix to correct the issue. Problems seem to be related to the ISP.
Libraries with ICN or Morenet will experience these issues. Other SD customers are
reporting these issues, also.
