Hi everyone,
We have created a new generic user for you that should be used for damaged RB and ILL
materials called RB_ILL_DAMAGED. This is one generic user that will be shared across
SWAN. When you receive a damaged item that belongs to another library, either via
delivery or directly from the patron, please follow the new procedure attached to this
email. Doing so will ensure that patrons remain in their proper place in the hold queue.
