[SWANcom] NCOA Cleanup Clarification and Reminder

SWAN Libraries, We will be extracting the patron records for the NCOA cleanup tonight at 11:30pm-any patron records created after 11:30pm will not be included in the NCOA update process, so you may continue adding new patron records as normal. The update process will be matching the returned NCOA address information to barcodes included in the data extract. Additionally, overwritten "old" address information will be included in a note field within the patron record.
