[SWANcom] RAILS Delivery transition in January

+++ Please route to appropriate personnel especially Circulation, Tech Services +++ On January 6th , RAILS delivery will be transitioned to CTS (Continental Transportation Solutions). Part of this transition involves a new three letter delivery code for materials being routed to the Burr Ridge facility for SWAN. The following routing instructions pertain to both Interlibrary Loan materials (SWAN direct loans) along with work forms and materials for SWAN Bibliographic Services (Cataloging). Starting on January 3rd, materials being routed to SWAN at Burr Ridge should be addressed to SWS- SWAN. On January 3rd, holds for Burr Ridge staff will have an updated pickup point of SWS-SWAN in MilCirc. Anything being routed to SWAN staff should be addressed using a sticky routing label. SWAN libraries should not use an ILDS label to route materials to the Burr Ridge office.
