[SWANcom] *Resolved* WorkFlows Slowness on 3/28

SWAN Member Library Staff: The issue appears to be resolved for the evening. We believe it may have been due to a runaway harvest process that affected network connectivity from our Symphony WorkFlows Production server. We'll continue to monitor the situation throughout the evening, but should you encounter further WorkFlows timeouts, please contact SWAN Support at the after-hours support number, 844-SWANLIB (ext. 0).
