[SWANcom] Announcing SWAN Spring Forward workshops for Circulation Support Staff

SWAN Member Services is pleased to announce a new training opportunity for Circulation Support Staff. Topics being discussed include: User Registration, Holds, Notices, and Billing. There are seven training opportunities available for attendees to choose from including ---for the first time ever-- training in the evening (specifically 6:00 PM - 8:30 PM). In addition to the RAILS Meeting Room, classes will be offered at Frankfort PLD and Eisenhower PLD. Registration is now open<http://www.librarylearning.info/tags/?Spring+Forward>.
