SWAN Member Services is pleased to announce a new training opportunity for Circulation Support Staff.   Topics being discussed include:  User Registration, Holds, Notices, and Billing. 

There are seven training opportunities available for attendees to choose from including ---for the first time ever-- training in the evening (specifically 6:00 PM – 8:30 PM).  In addition to the RAILS Meeting Room, classes will be offered at Frankfort PLD and Eisenhower PLD.  Registration is now open.   And, of course, there is no charge for these workshops.     

Thank you to our Circ Mentors and to their libraries for the generosity of their time and talents.    Our very knowledgeable  Circulation Mentors from our member libraries have spent hours writing, organizing, and soon presenting these workshops for Circ Support Staff.   Mentors I can’t say it enough, Thank You!
