[SWANcom] Resolved: SWAN Support Ticketing System Not Accepting Emails

SWAN Member Libraries, We have resolved the issue that was preventing emails from reaching our ticketing system. Emails to help@swanlibraries.net<mailto:help@swanlibraries.net> are once again being received and processed. While we have been manually sending emails to the ticketing system, it's possible that one or two slipped through the cracks. If you've submitted a ticket in the last 24 hours and have not received a response, please resubmit your ticket.
