We have resolved the issue that was preventing emails from reaching our ticketing system. Emails to help@swanlibraries.net are once again being received and processed.
While we have been manually sending emails to the ticketing system, it's possible that one or two slipped through the cracks. If you've submitted a ticket in the last 24 hours and have not received a response, please resubmit your ticket.

 

The known issue has been updated and closed.

Tickets are not currently being created by emails sent to help@swanlibraries.net. Tickets are being created when you login to the SWAN Help Desk however the email reply function is not working. If you need to open a ticket, please login to the SWAN Help Desk to create a ticket and check for replies. If you need immediate assistance, you can call us at 844-SWANLIB (844-792-6542).

 

We will update the Known Issue on our support site as we have more information.
