The data load is largely complete. SWAN and SirsiDynix are working on resolving errors and finalizing configuration behind the scenes.
Libraries have already started closing and upload offline data by logging into the production server. As your library closes, please remember to upload the offline files and report back using this form: https://fs8.formsite.com/SWANServices/OfflineReport/index.html Once SWAN has received all of the offline files, SirsiDynix will begin processing them. They will process overnight.

To all library staff:
The data load is almost complete. All of the data has been loaded, and SirsiDynix is working on correcting expected errors and making some small adjustments. Today, SWAN and SirisDynix will finish configuration tasks, and do a backup of the system.
**This evening, libraries will need to upload their offline files at closing. **
To upload offline files, each workstation that used offline mode will need to log into the Symphony production server. To so do, reopen WorkFlows and, on the configuration screen, uncheck the "Operate in Offline mode" box unchecked and verify that the server you are connecting to is at IP Address 10.120.131.25 or api.in.swanlibraries.net. Log in with your Workflows production logins (available to directors at https://support.swanlibraries.net/content/workflows-production-server-login…)
Once logged in to Workflows, wait for a moment (our consultant suggests counting to ten), and then log out. This will need to be done on each computer that had any offline transactions. If, at your library, you access computers will multiple Windows logins, this process will need to done once under each login that used the computer.
**When you have completed logging into production on each computer, please send a report to SWAN using this short form: **
https://fs8.formsite.com/SWANServices/OfflineReport/index.html
Offline documentation is available at https://support.swanlibraries.net/system/files/Members%20Only/SWANTech/Work….
Please direct non-urgent questions to help(a)swanlibraries.net<mailto:help@swanlibraries.net> and contact SWAN at 630-734-5153 with questions needing immediate assistance. SWAN will be available until 10 PM to assist libraries staff.

Please be aware, the Encore discovery catalog (www.swanlibraries.net) has been disabled to prevent patron logins during our transition to the new SirsiDynix Symphony server. The swanlibraries.net website should now temporarily redirect to the Millennium classic catalog (catalog.swanlibraries.net) just for our days of offline. The Millennium classic catalog will remain accessible (excluding user logins) until go-live on April 14th.
On April 14th, our new SirsiDynix Enterprise catalog will become available to all libraries and patrons at the catalog.swanlibraries.net address!

Everyone -
As we approach migration weekend, I wanted to share some important news items regarding Circulation. The attached memo includes important information about updating your aliased email list to insure that you receive all your important SirsiDynix emailed reports. Included also is a list of links to new crib sheets and documentation on the SWAN website. You will find important news about CPL and Non-SWAN Reciprocal Borrowing and SirsiDynix Workflows. Reminders and updates on Circulation reports, Notice Preferences, Statistics, and Language Preferences complete the memo. If you should have any questions, please follow the instructions in the memo.
Thank you for all your cooperation over the past months. It is appreciated by all the SWAN staff.

Hi everyone,
During the final data load, any existing slashes will be stripped from all call numbers in order to support call number browsing in Symphony WorkFlows.
Effective immediately at go-live: call numbers should not contain any pipes, subfields or slashes with the exception of
subfield |Z that will store volume information.
SWAN Symphony Cataloging documents are posted here https://support.swanlibraries.net/content/cataloging-training. These may be viewed by logging in to the support site.

SWAN Library Directors/Administrators:
I have received a few inquiries about the OCLC agreement you received in the mail. Just a reminder:
1. OCLC membership is part of your SWAN Membership, so there is nothing to pay.
2. Sign both copies of the agreement from the State Library and they will send you back a signed original copy for your records.
3. It is important to complete the agreement, otherwise your library would lose its OCLC membership.
If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out to me.

SWAN Library Directors/Administrators:
The attached memo is an update on the ProPay accounts and integration within Enterprise. A majority of SWAN libraries are *not ready* for the Enterprise integration, so I urge all directors to review the memo and work with your staff (business manager, etc.) to make sure ProPay is active.
SWAN was testing Enterprise integration on Thursday last week, and took some corrective action with some negative balances that resulted in our 25 cent tests. This is noted on page 2 of the Migration Memo #16 attached.
If you have questions, the memo outlines that these should go to commerce(a)swanlibraries.net<mailto:commerce@swanlibraries.net> which will open a helpdesk ticket. Should you wish to contact someone at SWAN, please call me directly using the information below.

To All Member Libraries:
Thank you for your responses to the Enterprise checklist. Using your responses as a guide, we have completed building the external and internal Enterprise profiles. Please see the document "Enterprise URLs" at https://support.swanlibraries.net/documentation/sirsidynix (login required) to review the differences between the internal and external profiles and verify the URL for each. These profiles are live, but please keep in mind the data load has not completed. You will not be able to log in, and there will appear to be errors with the visible data.
Many library staff have contacted SWAN with questions about modifying the catalog search box on their website and updating existing catalog URLs. We have created a short guide to Enterprise linking, available at https://support.swanlibraries.net/content/enterprise-linking-guide (login required). This page includes code for a simple search box as well as patterns for constructing links to specific search results.
