You will soon be receiving an Excel file of items that had a status of Lost, Lost & Paid, or Claims Returned in Millennium. Because Symphony does not have an equivalent field many of these items were migrated with a current location matching the home location. When these items were migrated a staff note was created to explain the status.

The RAILS building experienced a core switch failure causing loss of service to Email, Phone, Polycom, and RAILS server and computer network. When the switch was rebooted, this caused a short SWAN outage. RAILS has restored service and will continue to monitor the equipment. Libraries should be able to connect to WorkFlows at this time. This morning, we experienced spike in the Symphony Production server load average that caused many clients to disconnect from WorkFlows. The runaway processes have been corrected, and the system is now operating as expected. We apologize for the inconvenience and do not anticipate additional spikes for the remainder of the day.

We've received several inquiries over a persisting "update needed" prompt after completing the upgrade to WorkFlows 3.5.1.1. While the issue appears to be sporadic, we have released a patched MSI package that will ensure it does not occur with any installations moving forward.
* If you haven't already completed the upgrade installations at your library, please only perform the installation using the latest MSI provided on the support site below.
