From the SWAN Support Website: SWAN Member Libraries, Voting for the new libraries seeking SWAN membership opens today. The election will run January 1-31, 2017. Online voting will begin for the membership to approve or reject the proposed 19 libraries from LINC and MAGIC that wish to join SWAN. Each SWAN member library director has one vote to cast for the group of 19 libraries. Voting will be live through 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, January 31, 2017. Per SWAN’s Bylaws, a quorum of 52 libraries is needed for this vote to be approved. The election’s results will be announced Wednesday, February 1 via SWANcom and on our website.
