Good afternoon SWAN Member Library Staff:
SWAN will be running the Rebuild Authority Index and Rebuild Authority Thesauri Index jobs this Sunday, September 3rd, after all libraries are closed. These reports do take several hours to run so there may be a delay in the start of the standard reports for Labor Day Monday, September 4th.
The Aspen online catalog will still be available for patrons.

SWAN Member Library Staff:
One of our overnight processing reports ran longer than normal. This has delayed our normal overnight and our remaining processing and our reports are behind schedule. That processing includes:
* Updating patron blocking for Fine Free libraries
* Expiring holds
* Resetting of Onshelf Items wizard
We have confirmed that the long-running report has concluded and the report schedule is moving again. While our report schedule is catching up, please refrain from scheduling any non-critical reports until we send notice that reports have caught up.

SirsiDynix will be performing scheduled maintenance on the BLUEcloud Search Service this Wednesday at 10PM. They are anticipating the maintenance window lasting approximately one hour.
During this time, BLUEcloud Cataloging and Circulation will be down and searching within the SWAN Mobile App will not work.
Our Aspen Catalog will not be impacted by this outage.

This is one final reminder that patron e-mail notifications will go live on the MessageBee platform starting tomorrow, June 27th. We will monitor the status of outgoing notifications throughout the day to ensure that the migration goes smoothly. We have structured the schedule to match our existing notification schedule as closely as possible.
