Subject: *Important - System Restarting Now* 4/10 WorkFlows Label Templates Unavailable
SWAN Member Libraries -
We've decided to restart the system now prior to our high volume logins to prevent this from being an extended issue. Following the restart, we expect the label templates will be restored.
Offline should not be necessary - the system should be back online within a few minutes.
We'll send an updated SWANcom as soon as the system is back online.

The Symphony WorkFlows server is back online and all services are again accessible.
The issue was caused by a brief hardware outage in the Azure environment. When the issue occurred, automated failover services worked to redeploy our system to another stable environment, where we're now operating.
We'll keep an eye on the system throughout the night and report any further issues if anything comes up.
