SWAN Public Library Directors, Administrators Thanks for attending our membership meeting to discuss the membership fee formulas that are proposed for next year's budget. The SWAN Board on Friday last week reviewed the discussion from the meeting and would like to explore the idea of removing the bond amount from the property tax portion of the public library formula. You can report your bond amount using the online form below. We ask that you do so by Sunday, November 12th 5pm.
