Subject: [SWANcom] Planned Web Services Outage Today from 1pm-1:30

SWAN Member Library Staff -
At 1pm this afternoon, we will experience a brief outage of Symphony Web Services while an
installation is performed. The outage is expected to last between 15-30 minutes and will
affect the following services:
- Enterprise OPAC Hold and My Account functions
- Enterprise Item Availability
- Enterprise Ecommerce
- BookMyne
- MobileCirc
A banner has also been posted to the Enterprise OPAC to inform our patrons of the outage.
We will send an update via SWANcom as soon as the installation has concluded.
