To All Member Libraries:
Please close Symphony Workflows and reopen in Offline Mode. Offline documentation is
available on the support site at

We have encountered an issue in which Workflows is unable to complete commands. SWAN IT
and SirsiDynix are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We will send
updates via SWANcom and post to the support site as they become available.
You may continue to search Enterprise, but will not be able to log in, place holds, or see
real time shelf status.
