To all library staff:
Thank you for all of the reports we've received this morning. As a reminder to all
library staff, when you are submitting tickets please describe the issue you are
experiencing and include examples with user and/or item barcodes. That will help us answer
your questions more quickly.
As mentioned in a previous SWANcom, we are aware that there are a number of issues with
holds, and resolving those is our top priority. Our data loader is currently running a
script to correct the available/unavailable holds discrepencies. We will notify all
libraries when the script is complete and the issue is resolved. We anticipate this could
take another 2 hours to resolve.
Please continue to hold off processing your pick list, and if you have not already checked
in your delivery, please wait until this issue is resolved. Minimizing check-ins at this
point will help speed the process and reduce the possibility of errors.
Thank you again for your patience as we work out the kinks in our new system.
