There will be Versatile personnel during the day in the computer room to answer your calls to 630-734-5153. Evening coverage of the computer room will be provided by Unique (this is the company that provides our coverage on the weekend). Overdues and notices will be processed as usual. Feel free to open tickets with any questions or concerns you may have. For those of you who are wondering, this does not impact delivery to SWAN libraries.
