SWAN Member Libraries - At this time, it appears all issues relating to the Quick Clicks system and associated vendors have been resolved. In addition, aside from some intermittent connection issues we're working through at several libraries, all other issues relating to the Network Migration have been resolved. However, we're continuing to troubleshoot issues with Innovative's Quick Clicks system. This issue affects Quick Clicks ordering via several major vendors, including Baker & Taylor, Brodart, Ingram, Midwest Tapes, and Innovate Ecommerce. We're continuing to work with these vendors to find a solution as soon as possible. We greatly appreciate your continued patience, and we'll keep you informed as soon as new information is available. The issues reported are as follows... 1. Axis360 Patron Authentication gives "Access Denied" error a. This issue is believed to be resolved. If you're still receiving this error, please contact our help desk (630.734.5153) and submit a ticket. 2. Axis360 Error when accessing eRead item record via SWAN Catalog a. This issue is believed to have been related to the authentication error. Please contact our help desk if you encounter the issue at your library. 3. Quick Clicks with relation to Baker & Taylor Title Source appears to be having an issue connecting to our servers We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience these issues have caused and are working hard to find resolutions as soon as possible.
