However, we're continuing to troubleshoot issues with Innovative's Quick Clicks system. This issue affects Quick Clicks ordering via several major vendors, including Baker & Taylor, Brodart, Ingram, Midwest Tapes, and Innovate Ecommerce. The issues reported are as follows... 1. Axis360 Patron Authentication gives "Access Denied" error a. This issue is believed to be resolved. If you're still receiving this error, please contact our help desk (630.734.5153) and submit a ticket. 2. Axis360 Error when accessing eRead item record via SWAN Catalog a. This issue is believed to have been related to the authentication error. Please contact our help desk if you encounter the issue at your library. 3.
