[SWANcom] *Update* Intermittent Network Outages Impacting SWAN Network (2/14)

SWAN Member Library Staff: It appears that this morning's intermittent network problems have quieted down. All VPN connections seem to have normalized and WorkFlows is operating normally. We are continuing to investigate the root cause of this problem and will provide any updates in following SWANComs. In the meantime, if you are experiencing any slowness within WorkFlows or related systems, please open a ticket and we will follow up. Thanks again for your patience.
