[SWANcom] Issues with Millennium indexing

There have been issues reported with ISN, call number and keyword searching. A high priority ticket has been opened with Innovative. It has been noted by at least one library that this is apparently affecting Quick Click ordering by creating duplicate records. We will share more information as it becomes available.
