[SWANcom] SWAN Quarterly 12/1/22 meeting agenda & packet posted

Hello SWAN library directors & administrators- The agenda and packet for Thursday's SWAN Quarterly meeting is posted. This meeting will be held in person at Oak Brook Public Library at 10 a.m. https://support.swanlibraries.net/meeting/88737 The approval of the MessageBee service for all SWAN libraries will be completed through a vote to amend the SWAN budget. This vote will take place in person via roll call at the meeting, with 2/3 affirmative votes of those present at the meeting required for passage of the revised budget. The meeting will include a live streaming via Zoom, and access is provided on the meeting webpage above, as well as on the agenda. The Zoom will include chat for questions, but the meeting action items will be conducted by those in person. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
