[SWANcom] SWAN Support Site Outage on 12/2/2020

SWAN Member Library Staff: We're currently experiencing an outage of the SWAN Support Site<support.swanlibraries.net>, which is hosted alongside RAILS servers. We're working with RAILS to investigate the issue and hope to have more information soon. No other SWAN servers have been impacted by this outage.
