[SWANcom] *Resolved* Intermittent issues with user records on 6/20, 6/21

SWAN Member Library Staff: Good news - the additional maintenance performed last night appears to have been successful in resolving the intermittent searching issues that we've been experiencing. SWAN staff ran through several examples that had been provided this morning and found every record to be fully searchable. Again, this appears to only affect select records that were either created or updated in some way since Monday. These records should still be fully accessible, but may not be searchable using some or all matching fields. Although last night's maintenance concluded successfully, we've been informed that we will likely need to run an additional maintenance report this evening to clean up some of the search indexes. We believe this is limited to records that have just been updated or created within the last day, and while these records still appear to be accessible, they have not been fully indexed for searching. We've been in contact with SirsiDynix support regarding the issue, and hope to have it resolved within the next nightly maintenance report schedule, if not later today.
