[SWANcom] Green Hills PLD now placing holds via Internet Access

+++ Please route to appropriate personnel +++ I just wanted to let everyone know that Green Hills PLD has been given access to place holds on SWAN. Please process and route as you do other Internet Access hold requests. Address item TO: Green Hills PLD and make certain item is checkout to them as they do not circulate on SWAN (please refer to the attached pdf document regarding processing an ILL request).
