SirsiDynix has confirmed some libraries have had payments go through ProPay without the
bills being paid on patron record. They have advised us not to use the ProPay swipes at
the desk until they find a resolution to the issue. We will continue to update this issue
as we have more information.

Subject: [SWANcom] BLUEcloud Commerce Is Not Available
SWAN Member Libraries,
Libraries are reporting they receive a "BLUEcloud Commerce is not available"
message after patrons swipe their credit cards at the ProPay swipes at circulation desks.
We have opened a case with SirsiDynix to have them investigate this issue.
PayPal bill payment on Aspen is not affected by this issue; you can direct patrons there
for bill payment until this issue is resolved. We will update the BLUEcloud Commerce Is
Not
