[SWANcom] *Important - System Restarting Now* 4/10 WorkFlows Label Templates Unavailable

SWAN Member Libraries - We've decided to restart the system now prior to our high volume logins to prevent this from being an extended issue. Following the restart, we expect the label templates will be restored. Offline should not be necessary - the system should be back online within a few minutes. We'll send an updated SWANcom as soon as the system is back online.
