[SWANcom] Re: Electronic ballot for Addison Public Library now open

Hello everyone- The approval to admit Addison Public Library crossed the required threshold of 2/3 of the membership with 71 "yes" votes. The ballot will remain open until February 22nd or if all 100 electronic ballots have been cast. I would encourage those of you that have not used the ballot system to participate! Thanks again to those of you who have participated and brought this process to a swift conclusion. This vote will utilize the Survey & Ballot System, which sends a unique login to each of the 100 library directors or designees. I have sent that email to the 100 library representatives a few moments ago. If for some reason you have not received the email from Survey & Ballot Systems by this afternoon, please contact me directly and I will look into the administrative interface.
