[SWANcom] Overnight Rebuild User Database Report

SWAN Member Library and Information Technology Staff: We have been experiencing several issues with user records, including duplicate users and new users not being found in the database. SWAN IT will be running a rebuild of the user database, which will occur overnight. This rebuild should resolve all of the reported issues with user records.
