[SWANcom] 2018 OCLC Agreements, and SLUI Meeting on 5/17

SWAN Libraries, I wanted to share with you two information items today. First, your OCLC annual agreements: we are receiving some inquiries on this topic, so I have posted some information on the SWAN support site.
