You will note that the October Billing does not include any credits or debits for Unpaid
Lost library material. This is due to the August, 2017 Circ
Policy<https://support.swanlibraries.net/system/files/Members%20Only/Cir…
revision Section 4.g:
"Reimbursement for non-returned lost materials will be 365 days after due date and
processed on a quarterly basis."
Which effectively postpones reimbursement for these types of lost items until October,
2018.
If you do not have access to the BCA reports, please open a ticket at
help@swanlibraries.net<mailto:help@swanlibraries.net> and we will send you the Excel
file. In addition, we will have a BCA login created for you and supply you with the
documentation you need to access these files in the future.
