The October Quarterly Billing is complete and the invoices and checks will be mailed shortly from the RAILS Accounting Department. Documentation has been written to help guide users through the Billing Summary sheet as well as the detail statement reports folder accessible in BlueCloud Analytics Shared Reports.

You will note that the October Billing does not include any credits or debits for Unpaid Lost library material. This is due to the August, 2017 Circ Policy revision Section 4.g:

“Reimbursement for non-returned lost materials will be 365 days after due date and processed on a quarterly basis.”

Which effectively postpones reimbursement for these types of lost items until October, 2018. 

If you do not have access to the BCA reports, please open a ticket at help@swanlibraries.net and we will send you the Excel file.  In addition, we will have a BCA login created for you and supply you with the documentation you need to access these files in the future.

Updated documentation is now available to advise libraries what to do with these reports.
