[SWANcom] FW: Circulation training for Circ Support Staff

+++ Please route to Appropriate Personnel +++ Over the next few weeks, a select group of Circulation Managers from SWAN libraries will be presenting workshops for Circulation Support staff . As some of you may recall, these Managers are the same people that presented the highly successful Circ Du SWAN program a few years ago. Written in conjunction with SWAN Member Services, the program will cover User Registration, Holds and Holds processing, Patron Notices, Bills and everything we have learned over the last year about SirsiDynix WorkFlows. The good news is there is still time to register and of course the workshop is free! These workshops are being presented not only at the System Headquarters, but also at two local libraries (Frankfort PLD and Eisenhower PLD ) Eisenhower is even hosting one in the evening (6 PM – 8:30 PM) for those staff that find it hard to make a traditional morning or afternoon workshop.
