Batavia's items will not be holdable to other SWAN libraries for the duration of this process. If Batavia is the only SWAN library that owns an item, please feel free to call 630.879.1393 and request that they send the item to your library. If your patron wishes to pick up an item on shelf at Batavia, please feel free to call 630.879.1393 to request that they pull the item from their shelves.
