+++ Please route to appropriate personnel+++ SWAN has made the decision to have the User "Phone" include hyphens. We have edited the "Phone" field to only accept 12 characters, the format must be (xxx-xxx-xxxx) with no leading +1. Please when entering a User Phone number make certain to use the hyphens, otherwise the phone number will not be stored in the user record. Thank you for your understanding.
