[SWANcom] Reminder to check in all EHS and ORS materials

+++ Please route to appropriate personnel +++ Recently, a number of materials that appeared on SWAN to be checked out to Orland Park have been found on shelf at SWAN libraries. We attribute this to the fact that there was a week in late August where SWAN experienced a number of locked records and broken holds involving materials checkout out to Orland Park. These overdue (replacement) items were due during the week of the locked record problem and perhaps did not clear properly during checkin. However, we would like to remind everyone that materials being circulated to non-SWAN libraries (especially Orland Park [ORS] and Elmhurst [EHS] ) need to be checked in upon return to our SWAN libraries.
