[SWANcom] SWAN Bibliographic Services Transition

I want to give all our SWAN libraries an update on the transition in Bibliographic Services. Karen Bar began work as the new Manager of Bibliographic Services on Monday, March 3. I will continue working part-time and assisting Karen with the transition for the next few weeks.
