[SWANcom] Blanket Hold wizard not working correctly

Please route to appropriate staff The Blanket Hold Wizard in Circulation is not working correctly. A bug has been identified and it is anticipated to be fixed in the next release. Please refrain from using this wizard. If you have placed holds using the Blanket Hold wizard in the last few weeks, please check the holds on the user record. You may need to cancel these holds and replace them using the "Place Hold" wizard. As a reminder, multiple Title level holds can be placed on the same bib record when using the "Place Hold" wizard and the appropriate override.
