[SWANcom] Introduction to the SWAN Notice Dialer, 5/13 at 11:00AM

SWAN Member Library Staff: Please join us this Thursday (5/13) at 11:00AM via GoToMeeting for an Introduction to the SWAN Notice Dialer<https://librarylearning.org/event/2021-05-13/introduction-swan-no…er>. This new notice dialer system will soon replace the SVA dialer that has been serving hold pickup and overdue notices to SWAN patrons with a PHONE notice preference. If you're unable to attend, we plan on recording and sharing the session on the SWAN Support site.
