Please join us this Thursday (5/13) at 11:00AM via GoToMeeting for an Introduction to the SWAN Notice Dialer. This new notice dialer system will soon replace the SVA dialer that has been serving hold pickup and overdue notices to SWAN patrons with a PHONE notice preference.

If you’re unable to attend, we plan on recording and sharing the session on the SWAN Support site. We’ll also be posting updated details and documentation for the dialer on the support site in the upcoming days.
